Housing Market in Bangkok Expected to Drop This Year
Despite tax and financial packages, Bangkok home buyers are reluctant to buy new houses this year. The recent survey by Kasikorn Research Centre showed the property market in Bangkok and suburban areas was expected to drop 7.2 per cent this year compared to last year.
