Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (“DTAC”) would like to inform that the news that appeared in the newspapers, dated 8 May 2008, about DTAC’s offer to exchange its 25% equity stake for CAT Telecom Plc’s concession conversion was a speculation. Neither such offer has been made nor is discussion currently taking place.
