The True Group announces the re-opening of True Fitness, True Spa and True ‘Est Centres at ZEN@CentralWorld, largest shopping mall in the midst of Bangkok’s most central and bustling shopping district, the Ratchaprasong junction. Located on the 10th and 11th floor of ZEN@CentralWorld, the new one-stop premium fitness and wellness centre now occupies over 5,500 square meters floor space, providing great convenience and appeal to health conscious trend-setters who want to be pampered and the tourists.
Several new additions to the suite of offerings and facilities include state-of-the-art fitness equipment in True Fitness, the first ever Oriental Massage Room concept in True Spa, and the new Ulthera? Systems in True ’Est that revolutionize facelifts with ultrasound technology!

He added “We have various marketing plan and strategies which consists of partnership program with banks, Zen Department Store and other businesses. As the fitness business in Thailand is doing greater, we expect our revenue of this year to reach 600 million baht, increased by 25% against 2011, and also a market share to reach 35%, 20% growth from last year, from the existed branches at Exchange Tower, Zen@CentralWorld and Esplanade Ngamwongwan Khae-Rai. Moreover, we set a plan on expanding 4 more branches in suburb area with a budget of 100 million baht per branch.”
He said at the end that True Fitness will continuously be a booming fitness centre in Thailand as it provided clients with state of the art equipment and facilities, along with decoration which gave a harmony feeling. Most importantly, True Fitness was owned and managed by Asian who understood Asian people like Thais the most.
